Things are getting in a rhythm around the Odom house. I finally feel like I can take both kids out without it being insane. I fell a lot more comfortable handling both of them by myself. I think I just have to tell myself that I have no choice lol and when I have no choice then I just have to do it and go! It makes it a lot easier when you have that mindset. There were a lot of places I had to go this month without the kids (whoever said January was an off season LIED) because I have been so incredibly busy! So the images in this blog are not going to be much. I did not have the opportunity this month to grab my camera and take pictures of the moments mainly because chase has been gone for two weeks and it is just not possible. My sweet friend, Rebekah made this beautiful bow wrap monogrammed with Carters initials and I just had to snap some pictures of him in it and thats about all I did with my camera and my family this month which I am not proud of. I aim to do MUCH better in February which is a HUGE month for us because we will be finishing up closing on our new house. Carter had his two month check up this month and he’s looking perfect. He is the most darling little boy and still lights up our day every day! Here are a few things I want to remember from Carters 2nd month.

• You do not sleep as good as you did when you were one month! You don’t sleep as long but I think it’s because you need to move up to 5 ounces of milk instead of 4.
• You smile ALL of the time. You never stop. Every time I look at you or talk to you, you smile and it is my favorite thing about you.
• You will track movement with your eyes.
• You light up when big brother Cullen comes around.
• You are such a mommas boy
• You love bath time and find it so relaxing.
• You are only calm when you get out of the bath when Mommy gets you out and dressed, Daddy’s hands are always cold.
• Big brother is still scared to hold you because you crying freaks him out.
• When you sleep in your basinet beside me, you always look up and smile at me.
• Your voice is so sweet and makes me tear up every time I hear it.
• You laugh and its my favorite thing.
