Would you believe me if I told you that I had never met Kourtney and Matthew in person before? We never got a chance to meet for their engagement session due to them living out of town. When I arrived into Kourtneys bridal suit I immediately felt like Kourtney was a friend! Her bridal party was so sweet and welcoming. I could not wait to get the day started. We started off the day at The Inn and Club at Harbor Town in their bridal suit, which has to be one of my favorite getting ready spots for brides on Hilton Head Island. There is such beautiful light in those rooms. After capturing Kourtneys beautiful details, which included a GORGEOUS dress that Hayley Paige designed, Kourtneys twin brothers and dad got to have such a sweet first look. In another building, Matt was getting ready with his mom, who is the SWEETEST human by the way. Kourtney and Matt said “I do” on the 18th hole during a beautiful waterfront ceremony. The weather was so amazing all day and I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day. Kourtney and Matthew made their exit to what seemed like a million sparklers and fireworks at the Sea Pines Resort Club House.

It is always so much fun when you get to work with vendors you love. It always makes the wedding day that much more fun because it feels like you are hanging out with friends. I cannot speak more highly of Tracey Manseeny, the planner for Sea Pines. The day went so smoothly with her coordination. Wiggins Films was the videographer for the day and a good friend of mine. It’s always a blast working with him. When the reception began, I could tell that the band was going to be a blast, and they most certainly lived up to that expectation!

YOU GUYS, this day was amazing!!! Kourtney and Matthew, what a joy it is to be in your life and to be able to capture such an incredible love story between the two of you. I will always be forever thankful for the friendship that we have and cannot wait to watch your story continue as a married couple. Congratulations you two!!
