I have been looking forward to writing and constructing this blog for so long. When Hannah and Robbie first reached out to me, I knew this was a wedding to get excited for. After months of planning, we finally made it to the day! Hannah and Robbie married at Agapea Oaks on Saint Helena Island. This venue is certainly one of my favorites because the venue provides such a clean slate to start with. There are tons of beautiful oak trees with hanging moss and the house on the property is absolutely stunning. Each room is unique and can match any wedding day style.
When I tell you Hannah is one of the kindest people you will meet, I am NOT exaggerating. She is so humble and caring. Her family is the exact same way; kind, compassionate, and caring. We started off the wedding day in the upper room of the house. This room is my favorite room of the entire house and when the wedding day has blue incorporated into the decor, I just know I HAVE to use this room for getting ready photos. I styled Hannah and Robbies wedding day details on the curtains in the room which was a fun thing to do. It turned out really great and I am so happy with the detail images. Hannah then stepped into her amazing gown and we captured the getting ready process of that and her first look with bridesmaids, her dad, and Robbie. We headed out underneath the oaks for bridal party photos and bride and groom portraits.
Hannah and Robbies Agapea Oaks ceremony was short and sweet. I think these two were just ready to dance and honestly I did not blame them a bit! The reception was detailed with blue linens and a gorgeous florals by Coastal Creation Florals. Classic Cocktails of Charleston set up an adorable prosecco bar that was certainly a fan favorite! The Loose Chain Band got the night started off and did such an amazing job. I am so thankful to have bride and grooms I can truly consider friends. Thank you so much Hannah and Robbie for having me apart of your special day. It was one to remember for sure!
