Brancey and Jakes wedding was planned to be in Hilton Head, South Carolina but due to covid had to be moved to Greenville, South Carolina and let me tell you, I am not mad about it. Having never been to Greenville, South Carolina, I was super excited to explore the area with Brancey and Jake on their wedding day. Ya’ll, I LOVED it! Greenville is officially one of my new favorite places for a wedding. There are so many awesome locations to shoot portraits. I truly hope to return very very soon! Brancey and Jake are the kind of couple where their kindness shines through them without either of them even saying a word. When you are around them, as a couple, you just feel comfortable and at ease. I just adore Brancey and her beauty on the inside and the outside. Brancey and Jakes family follows that kindness as well. I swear Jakes mom is the sweetest women I have ever met!
Brancey and Jakes wedding day began at The Residence Inn in downtown Greenville where Brancey got into her beautiful gown. Which, by the way, was literally MADE for her! Jake was getting ready at his parents house where we captured the his getting ready process. I began styling details along with capturing Branceys’ beautifully unique engagement ring which I have always adored (good job Jake). We then headed over to The Grace Church, also in downtown Greenville, for the first looks, bridal party portraits, as well as bride and groom portraits. Their beautiful ceremony took place back inside of The Residence Inn along with the reception.
Man what a beautiful day it was in Greenville, South Carolina with these two. Brancey and Jake, I am so honored that you both chose me to be apart of your special day. I am so glad that I was able to capture your wedding after having to move the location due to covid. It was such a blast to see you both again and finally meet your families. I wish you both the absolute happiest marriage and cannot wait to see where life takes you next!
